This somatic flow organizes emotions according to their physical manifestation in the body. The layout mirrors how these emotions are experienced physically:

Head Center: Sensing (right brain), Calculating (left brain), with Deciding centered below as the integration point.

Heart Center: Expanding (right), Constricting (left), with Achieving centered below as the relational balance.

Gut Center: Appreciating (right), Arranging (left), with Boosting centered below as the core power, and Accepting as the foundational surrender.

Practice daily for 10-15 minutes to integrate emotional intelligence throughout your entire being.

Calculating

Performing calculations and resolving puzzles

Physical Exercise

Finger Equations: Rapidly tap thumb to each fingertip while counting. Increase speed. Whisper: "I solve, I resolve."

Sensing

Sending and receiving raw factors and emotions

Physical Exercise

Palms to Sky: Stand with palms upward. Rotate slowly. Notice air currents. Whisper: "I receive, I perceive."

Deciding

Making conclusions based on logic and emotion interaction

Crossing the Threshold: Stand before an imaginary doorway. Step through with conviction on exhale. Alternate legs. Whisper: "I choose with clarity."

Controlled Compression: Hug knees to chest. Squeeze tightly on inhale. Release fully on exhale. Whisper: "I define my boundaries."

Heart Opening: Interlace fingers behind back. Lift chest, open heart. Breathe deeply. Whisper: "I embrace all."

Achieving

Juggling roles with self-importance and pride

Victory Arms: Raise arms in V-shape, lift chest. Hold for 3 breaths. Lower slowly. Whisper: "I accomplish."

Joyful Sway: Gentle swaying side-to-side with smile. Hum a joyful tune. Whisper: "I cherish this moment."

Arranging

Prioritizing, organizing, and defending

Physical Exercise

Ordered Movement: Perform 4 precise movements: arm raise, side bend, forward fold, return. Repeat in reverse. Whisper: "I create order."

Boosting

Fostering stability, commitment, and action

Physical Exercise

Power Stance: Feet wide, hands on hips. Deep inhale, hold 3 seconds. Exhale with "HA!" sound. Repeat 3x.

Accepting

Embracing serenity and surrender

Physical Exercise

Fetal Surrender: Kneel, forehead to floor, arms extended. Breathe deeply. Whisper: "I yield with grace."

Closing Integration

Stand with feet hip-width apart. Let your arms hang loosely at your sides. Close your eyes and take 5 deep, natural breaths.

"I am aligned. I am whole. I am centered."
